Vigore 100, which contains sildenafil citrate, is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). It works by increasing blood flow to the penis, helping men achieve and maintain an erection when sexually stimulated. However, while Vigore 100 can help facilitate an erection, it does not cause an erection to last indefinitely. Typically, the erection induced by Vigore 100 will last only as long as sexual activity or stimulation continues. The effects of the medication usually last around 4 to 6 hours. This means a man may be able to achieve multiple erections within that time frame if there is ongoing sexual arousal. However, once the stimulation stops or after ejaculation, the erection will subside.
