Fildena 100 mg is a medication that contains Sildenafil Citrate, a drug primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It works by increasing blood flow to the penis by inhibiting the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), which helps men achieve and maintain an erection during sexual stimulation. Given its success in treating male sexual dysfunction, some wonder whether Fildena or other Sildenafil-based medications could also benefit women. Fildena 100 mg can have side effects such as headache, nausea, dizziness, facial flushing, and vision changes. These effects can occur in both men and women. For women, especially those with low blood pressure, heart issues, or those on interacting medications, using Sildenafil without medical supervision could pose risks. Since it is not FDA-approved for women, proper dosage, safety, and effectiveness data are limited.
