I’ve been using cbd infused oil for a few months, and I’ve definitely noticed some subtle but interesting effects. For me, creativity spikes at certain times; I’ll get bursts of new ideas, especially for writing or brainstorming sessions. Dreams have also become more vivid, though sometimes more fragmented, which is fascinating. Problem-solving feels calmer; I approach challenges with less anxiety and more mental flexibility.
I’ve found that the effects can vary depending on the product. Using cbd infused oil in the evening seems to help with relaxation and mental clarity the next day. Full-spectrum oils sometimes make my mind feel more “open,” while isolate oils feel more neutral and calming. Flavor doesn’t seem to matter much for the effect itself, but I enjoy mint or citrus flavors because they make taking it a bit more enjoyable.
