I’ve always been fascinated by how certain racing games can actually sharpen real-life driving reflexes. While nothing replaces the real track experience, the fast decision-making, hand–eye coordination, and focus needed in simulation-style games genuinely help keep the mind sharp. Some players even use racing games as warm-up exercises before karting or track days to get into the rhythm of quick reactions and split-second judgment.
I’m curious—does anyone else here use racing or simulator games to train their reflexes, or have you noticed any improvement in your reaction time after playing them regularly? Would love to hear your experiences and recommendations for good sim-style games.
Note: During breaks from racing games, I also play a fun action game called Null’s Brawl. If you’re into fast-paced games too, you can check out more info on my site.
